1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You return the item within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is in its original condition with all tags attached
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (see exceptions below)
2. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited to the same card used for purchase within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after approval.
  • Store Credit: If you choose store credit, it will be available immediately upon approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 7-10 business days.
3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned with missing parts or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items returned after the 30-day window (at our discretion)
  • Damaged items (refund amount based on extent of damage)
4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Intimates, swimwear, and earrings (hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
5. Shipping Costs

Shipping cost refund policy:

  • Free Returns: We provide free return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return Shipping Labels: For eligible returns, we provide prepaid return labels at no cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (refunds may take time to post)
  3. If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you get the item you want before it sells out.
