1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You return the item within 30 days of delivery
- The item is in its original condition with all tags attached
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The item is not listed as non-returnable (see exceptions below)
2. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited to the same card used for purchase within 5-10 business days after approval.
- PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after approval.
- Store Credit: If you choose store credit, it will be available immediately upon approval.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 7-10 business days.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Items returned with missing parts or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Items returned after the 30-day window (at our discretion)
- Damaged items (refund amount based on extent of damage)
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards and store credits
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Intimates, swimwear, and earrings (hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost refund policy:
- Free Returns: We provide free return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return Shipping Labels: For eligible returns, we provide prepaid return labels at no cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank (refunds may take time to post)
- If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
This ensures you get the item you want before it sells out.
